it's 5:30 am, and i havent slept, but i am just too outraged and angry right now to go any longer without ranting to someone. I was watching the FOX NEWS NETWORK's morning show, Fox and Friends. The whole program thus far has been full of derogatory and hateful rhetoric about muslims, about how they are all criminals and murderers. this from a MAINSTREAM FUCKING NEWS NETWORK. I shut it off after one of the anchors, ms. blond hair blue eyed christian conservative republican woman says, and get this, that schools making students study the koran and dress up in traditional muslim clothes is the same as having them study Mein Kamf and wear fuckin SWASTICAS. basically saying that Muslims are equal to nazi's, the worst fucking criminals in all of history who systematically murdered millions upon millions of innocents. According to Fox News Muslims are exactly the same as them, basically rats needing to be exterminated. but really, what have the muslims done except preach peace and tolerence for eight centuries, as well as preserving the whole of civilized knowlege during the dark ages and inventing a great deal of our modern xcience and math ie: basically giving us most of our fucking culture. but yeah, kill um all cause they're as good as nazi's. what the fuck is happening to this country? WHAT THE FUCK IS HAPPENING TO THIS FUCKING COUNTRY? HAVE ALL THE SANE PEOPLE BEEN DEPORTED AND REPLACED BY ULTRA CONSERVATIVE HATE MONGERS? NEVERMIND THAT EVEN THE TERRORISTS AND ANGRY MUSLIMS AROUND THE WORLD HAVE REAL GRIEVANCES AGAINST US, AND THAT THE ONLY REASON MANY OF THEM HAVE RESORTED TO VIOLENCE IS BECAUSE WE SUPERPOWERS HAVE PUSHED THEM AROUND SO LONG WITHOUT GIVING TWO SHITS ABOUT THE SUFFERING AND NEEDS OF THEIR PEOPLE. Goddamnit. normally i'm not one for "lets all move to Canada" talk, i mean, i make fun of Canada. This is honestly the first response email that i have ever written, and i wish it had been something a little more benign. A few moments ago your anchors actually compared Islam to the Nazi party. Compared a hundreds years old religion that has fostered some of the greatest cultural advances in history, that for the most part preaches peace and tolerance, compared them to the biggest crimainals and mass murderers in history. To say that studying the Koran and wearing muslim clothes is the same as reading Mien Kamf under the swastica was jsut the latest in a whole program filled with muslim bashing, anti-mulsim speach. This was the straw that broke the camels back so to speak, i was literally sick to my stomach at the amount of hate from these unassuming looking persons. Not that you care to lose one viewer when there are so many right wing christian automatons to follow your hateful message without question, but you have lost at least one free thinking person today. I valued fox news for a long time because it was a break from the usual, but i am simply no longer able to stomach the all the right wing conservative christian tripe. ok, another video project idea. documentary, you know, one of those people talkign things, about the only sane people in an ultar patriotic conservative belligerent automiton culture.
