as you may know, we recently embarked on a journey. a journey of discovery. of pain, and of pleasure. this journey was, of course,
the filming of what has come to be called "the tv movie." yes, we know it's not a particularly ORIGINAL title, but it fits. the
movie (which should be up here for you viewing pleasure in the near future) consists of that guy chasing a tv he find at a garage sale
throughout corvallis to the tune of several pieces of classical music. it is a poignant tale of unrequited love, and a lesson to us all
that even when it looks like we're really fucked, things work out.
what follows are shot from during the production. hopefully you will enjoy, and know just how much of our blood, sweat and tears went into
this movie.
+the star. sort of. unless you count that guy.
+the guy and his costar. they look so cute together...
+don't worry, it's a plastic machete.
+we packed everything into a wagon and walked around cause we
didn't have a car. here's the wagon in all of its glory.
+the guy, displaing his incredible nipple prowess. no, really that's...well, i
can't acutally remeber, but i do know it's NOT his nipple. thank heavens.
+the girl. whoo-boy. i need to go...uh...use the bathroom now.
+in order to get the freaking thing to move, we had to...alter the screen a bit. here's the process: first, we put it in a box. to, you know
protect us from FLYING SHARDS OF GLASS when it imploded violently, as it undoubtedly would.
+brodie, so brave and yet so foolish, volunteered to be the demolitions man.
here he is, prior to the dangerous deed.
+there were, in the end, no shards of flying glass. there was only a slight
hissing noise, and the end result was this.
+the team leaving, ready to film. whoo-ah!
+lunchbox filming. he did alot of that. in fact...well maybe not most, persay, but alot.
+lunchbox setting up the shot while brodie and the guy get ready. it took more tries than usual
to get this scene right.
+it is a little know fact that brodie can fly. here he is, airborne.
+ubertopher prepareing to shot one of the more interesting shots.
+lunchbox breaks out the mad sword-fighting skillz.
+ubertopher was foolish enough to accept his challange.
+on the way home the first day, we found this sign. this is one of those
things you just can't walk away from without taking a picture.
+the cast! and crew. unfortunatly, that one's a little dark, so...
+...here's another one. sans the girl. sorry girl.
